Returns Policy

1. Level of Coverage
  • Eligible Items: All clothing items are eligible for return, excluding final sale items and underwear for hygiene reasons.
  • Condition of Return: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

2. Responsibility
  • Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be a flat rate of £3.50 within the UK. This fee covers handling and processing costs.
  • Return Shipping Method: Customers should use a trackable shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely at our warehouse.
  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for returned items.
3. How Customers Can Return Their Orders
  • Return Process:
    1. To initiate a return, visit our website and fill out the return form available in the 'My Orders' section to receive a return authorization number.
    2. Securely pack the items in the original packaging and include any related accessories and documentation.
    3. Label the package with the return authorization number and the provided return address.
    4. Drop off the package at your nearest post office and pay the required shipping fee. Retain the receipt and tracking number for your records.

4. Return Policy Duration
  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 28 days from the date of delivery.
  • Extended Holiday Returns: For purchases made during the holiday season (1st December to 31st December), the return period is extended until 31st January to accommodate gift exchanges and returns.
Additional Information
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and specify your exchange requirements in the return form. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
